You must first have begun and named a list. Then:

Select a performer and in their profile you will find an ‘add to list’ icon at the top right of your screen. Clicking this opens a screen where you can add them to an existing list or create a new one.

Swipe left on the list name to reveal the red ‘x’. Clicking the ‘x’ deletes the list – this action cannot be undone.

Yes. While on the member’s profile screen you can swipe the information panel down and then swipe left and right through their other images.

The app is designed in portrait mode only.

Yes. A stunt performer (of any grade) or action coordinator is carrying out the will of the production (just as any other cast or crew member is) and the production must always provide adequate insurance cover and should be willing to provide evidence of it if requested by the coordinator or the Health & Safety Executive. 

BSR members should have Personal Accident Insurance (disclosing their Stunt Profession), as a condition of membership and for their own benefit should a personal circumstance prevent them from undertaking stuntwork.

Production to Performer insurance payments that were historically collected and redistributed by Equity are now payable to the Stunt Professionals directly.

Contracts should be checked and signed before work commences. 

Most BSR members are also Equity members and as such, exercise their right to work under the industry negotiated Equity-PACT agreements. Contracts should adhere to those terms and rates at minimum.  Special stipulations should not contradict the agreements or have the effect of reducing the employed person’s union-agreed earnings or negatively impact working conditions.

In the UK stunt department, a specialist Stunt Wire Artiste/Technician (STUNT Rigger) who is a member of the BSR, is primarily a performer and brings that experience to bear in creative rehearsal, pre-vis and performance, as part of the stunt team. They are typically interchangeable with other stunt team members (health and safety reasons) and they should always have an Equity contract. If overseas, an equivalent SAG-AFTRA stunt performer contract may apply.

A rigging/grip department Rigger or Wireman, who primarily flies equipment and may be a BECTU member should have a BECTU contract.
